About Daniel Wolf Builders
Daniel Wolf has been building homes since he was 17 years old working for his dad in Tehachapi. He has worked in several different California Mountain communities as well as in Missoula Montana. He has also worked in Hawaii and Southern California’s Santa Barbara and Montecito. Working in so many different and diverse communities has helped him broaden his skill set.
As a teenager working for his dad, Daniel was taught to be hard working and responsible. He learned to do work that he could be proud of and to continually strive to improve and learn new skills.
At nineteen years old Daniel wanted to follow his love of surfing and building beautiful homes, so he moved to Kauai to learn new skills. He worked hard and surfed hard for two years before moving back to California and moving to Mammoth Lakes to work with more great craftsmen. He helped build a church in the small community as well as some beautiful mountain homes and cabins.
At the young age of twenty-four Daniel was back in Tehachapi and started Daniel Wolf Builders. He started out his business through word of mouth, specializing in framing. Within a few years he was doing everything from framing to finish carpentry. His favorite jobs were the difficult ones that made him have to think and problem solve. He built lasting relationships with a lot of his clients and his subcontractors. In 2010 Daniel again following his love of surfing and building beautiful custom homes moved to the beach and lived on his sailboat with his two dogs while working on homes that had been burned down in the Jesusita fire which destroyed 80 homes. While in Santa Barbara Daniel worked with a top construction company DD Ford remodeling multi-million dollar estates. While working with DD Ford he was also busy building a home for his own family.
